Mike Veronesi / Chief Executive Officer & Managing Partner 

Mike is an accomplished entrepreneur, leader and coach with a demonstrated history of working within the technology and staffing/recruiting industry.  He has been leading TALENThire since it’s inception in 2004.  He brings a strong background in workforce management, recruitment, human resources, corporate culture and professional and managed services.  Prior to founding TALENThire, Mike led Human Resources and Recruitment at Budget Rent a Car’s largest franchise in the US, as well as held leadership roles in HR and Recruitment at organizations such as Sprint, Paranet, Peopleclick/Peoplefluent and Leapfrog Services.  Mike has also founded a non-profit organization (Foster Care Athletic Fund) which focuses on positively impacting foster children through team sports.  Mike holds a BS in Management (HR) from Binghamton University.

Jen Bolin (Chief Revenue Officer)

Jen brings over 20 years of Staffing and Recruitment Sales experience and 2+ years of VMS/Recruitment Technology Experience. Jen leads through example and drives a strong sense of purpose and corporate culture with everything that she does. She is highly motivated and responsible for leading our complete sales and client experience and ultimately the overall growth of TALENThire. Jen also is a fan of smart communications and leveraging today’s current technology to save her clients’ precious revenue and time, whilst helping them to grow their businesses in the ever-changing landscape of employment. When Jen isn’t out changing the staffing world with our awesome technology, you can find her spending time with family outdoors.

Seth Jaslow / Chief Technology Officer & Platform Architect

Seth has been leading and is responsible for TALENThire’s technology vision and infrastructure. He brings over 20 years experience Enterprise Architecture and over 12 years of CTO/Leadership experience. Seth has architect some of the top applications and infrastructures nationwide including the Bank of Philadelphia, Towers Watson and UPS. He is a recognized author and speaker and able to troubleshoot extremely complex technology challenges and effortlessly communicate proper resolution. In his spare time, he loves to develop Artificial Intelligence to write music.

Ben Baker / Chief Marketing Officer & Campaign Automation Architect

Ben has over 20 years of experience in staffing, start-up advertising, and digital marketing, geo-fencing, geo-targeting & programmatic retargeting with a specialty focus in marketing automation. He loves creating brands and driving sales with a cross-channel, digitally-led approach to communications. Ben is a big fan of teamwork and creating positive change motivated by strong company culture. He celebrates team wins daily and is easily excited when building businesses from the ground up and creating products and services that transform organizations for the digital economy. In his spare time, you will find Ben at the motocross track, getting dirty and riding dirt bikes or taking long walks on the beach with his family.

Jeremy Harrison / Director of Client Success & Customer Support

Jeremy is a client service professional with more than 15 years’ experience in staffing & labor management technology. Spanning areas from VMS management and client services to human resources and full-cycle recruiting, he is a team-centered, results-driven business partner whose strength lies in cross-functional team communication. Over the course of his career, Jeremy has worked closely with teams from small and mid-sized companies to large organizations like AOL, Motorola, and Publix. He is also a professional actor, represented by Houghton Talent – Atlanta and has worked on productions from Sony, CBS, HBO, and Paramount Pictures to name a few.
