Answer: You are offered the ability to search your stored candidates while viewing a particular opening or you can simply upload the candidate's information to submit them for the opening. Once a candidate's qualifications are loaded into the system, a viewable history is kept, and you can submit them to multiple positions, as well as track their progress through the recruiting process.
