For companies looking to streamline their third party sourcing efforts, Talent Seekers are able to post their fee-approved positions to the TALENThire.com network with a "name your price" strategy. Positions that would normally require 20-30% of the candidate’s first year salary as a fee can be sent out to the network at your price, and only those Talent Agents that are a part of your network can submit candidates. These positions are then emailed out through the network, resulting in qualified, interested, and available candidates delivered directly to you via the TALENThire.com system for review. All talent submissions are time and date stamped through the system to alleviate any candidate pipeline management issues, and you receive top talent from certified TALENThire.com members OR your own pre-approved vendors you chose as partners in your talent acquisition efforts. Talent Supplier (Recruiting Firm)

Talent Agents are able to submit their qualified, interested, and available candidates to stated fee approved positions submitted to the TALENThire.com network. Executive search firms as well as contract recruiters benefit by receiving talent requests from firms not normally available to them. In addition, companies downsizing can also utilize the TALENThire.com portal to create goodwill in their community and their company, while generating revenue through their displaced employees submitting talent through the TALENThire.com network.

Talent Innovator (Hiring and Recruiting Firm)

How You Are Billed?


Subscription Fees

Each member firm is charged a monthly subscription fee based on the level of service they desire (Talent Agent, Talent Seeker, or Talent Innovator).

Transactions Fees
When a confirmed hire starts work:

  1. The hiring firm is billed by TALENThire.com for the amount of the offered recruitment fee. Payment is due and payable on a Net 30 basis.

  2. TALENThire.com sends the received payment to the recruiting firm, minus a transaction fee. Net recruitment monies will be paid to the recruiting firm within 15 days of receipt of funds from the hiring firm.
