Mike Veronesi, Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Mike has over 15 years of human resource, recruiting, sales, and management experience in companies ranging from start-up to Fortune 500 organizations. Since launching TALENThire.com in 2004 Mike has led the Company to a 100% compound annual growth rate and played a pivotal role in key client wins including AOL and Motorola.

Previously he was Director of Human Resources at Budget Rent a Car, where he led a team responsible for recruiting, training, payroll, benefits, and culture. Prior to Budget, Mike served in various recruitment consulting roles with organizations such as Peopleclick and Sentigy Network Solutions supporting large and small organizations including Tellabs, Marketworks and International Paper. In addition, he spent four years with Sprint ENS helping build its national recruitment domain.

Mike graduated from Binghamton University with a Bachelor of Science in Management with a concentration in Human Resources.

Kyle Antcliff, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer

Kyle brings over 20 years of general management, technology and start-up leadership experience to TALENThire.com. Previously he was part of the initial management team and later served as Vice President International at Marketworks, an on-demand online sales enabling technology company. At Marketworks, Kyle played a key role in the Company's 65% compound annual growth rate and eventual acquisition. He also organically built the Company's international operations in the United Kingdom, Germany and Australia and led the division's growth to represent 20% of company revenue.

Prior, Kyle was co-founder and Managing Director of FusePath, an early-stage venture fund. He led FusePath's investments in Silverpop and eFlection. Kyle spent the first 8 years of his career at The Procter & Gamble Company and Accenture where he honed his technology and software development skills.

Kyle graduated with Distinction from Purdue University's School of Technology and holds an MBA from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
