TALENThire.com Announces Funding and Management Team Addition

ATLANTA, November 18, 2008 -- TALENThire.com, a leading provider of on-demand recruitment agency management solutions, has closed a round of funding from Atlanta-based Value Plus Ventures and named Kyle Antcliff, President and Chief Operating Officer. The funds are earmarked for Marketing and Sales and Product Development.

"The market for on-demand recruiting and talent acquisition solutions is growing and evolving rapidly and TALENThire.com has demonstrated its ability to improve upon the first generation of solutions currently in the market," said Value Plus Ventures' Lee Provow.

Formed in 2004, TALENThire.com has achieved over 100% growth in each of the past two years and was awarded the AeA Emerging Technology Business Award in 2007.

The Company also named Kyle Antcliff, President and Chief Operating Officer. Kyle's background includes over 20 years of general management, technology and start-up leadership experience. He spent the past 6 years at Marketworks, an online sales enabling technology company, where he played a key role in the Company's four year compound annual growth rate of 65% and eventual acquisition. At Marketworks, Kyle was part of the initial management team and later became Vice President International where he organically built and grew the Company's operation in the United Kingdom, Germany and Australia.
